Order and shipping terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of Tradingcard.fi, operated by NDRG Finland Oy (Business ID: 3535876-6). By placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Ordering

  • Orders can be placed through Tradingcard.fi.
  • A valid email address and delivery address must be provided.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the order details are accurate.
  • We reserve the right to limit orders in case of stock shortages.
  • Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery method.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed on the checkout page. Payment transactions are handled securely by third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders within the European Union.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
    • Express shipping: 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping fees vary based on location and shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs procedures.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer to offer a replacement or refund.

  • Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
